We never anticipated we would be talking about health face-to-face with closed friends, let alone sharing the health information to hundreds and thousands of people over the internet. Health? What health? My health? Your health? was never a focus at all for me until recently. Probably, this thought or feeling is still shared by many young people today.

Like many others, I thought I was eating well; drinking some alcohol could do no harm to my health. The alcohol intake was limited to once in a blue moon at social functions at work just to fit in without realising that alcohol gives more harm than benefits. Thank goodness of my good diet, I’m still very healthy today.

If possible, not drinking alcohol at all is better than occasional drinking. The trigger point for me to start my interest in health was when I turned thirty years old. Growing older and working harder than earlier years of my life started to take a toll on my health. Every winter, I would get a cold for a couple of days or up to seven (7) days some years, while my parents’ health after retirement has been growing strong every year. This is because they educated themselves about how to maintain health. They started taking nutritional supplements, increased intake of vegetables and fruits, increased plant proteins and reduced animal proteins such as chicken, pork, and beef.

Seeing how their diet benefited them did not prompt me to follow their kind of diet until one day in year 2001, I attended a seminar and bought books about health and started reading them. Now, I do what my parents have been doing it for years. Keep following our blog, you’ll get to read stories of many people whose health has transformed from being sick from degenerative diseases to a clean bill of health.

Do you know that your entire health starts with your (healthy) cells? You should protect your cells by feeding them with all the nutrients your cells need. Also you may or may not know that only eating good diet by itself is not enough to feed your cells with all nutrients required.
