There are many research about something that kills cancer cells. It may take years to find out what really kill cancer cells. It may be too late for some. Why not do your own research and take charge of your own health.

Vaccine safety record

As of mid-2012, there were 119 reports of death, 894 incidents of disability and 9,889 documented emergency room visits resulting from the HPV vaccine. As of March 2012, there were 66,554 reports of serious adverse reactions to the Hepatitis B vaccine including 1,500 deaths, many officially reported as SIDS.

While pro-vaccinators continue to urge the use of vaccines to prevent disease, research does not support the theory that vaccines protect against illness. Please do your own research to make the right decision.

When I did my research on the products that could harm us, I came across the interesting information about Hormone called Recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone (rBGH in short). It is also known as Recombinant Bovine Somatotropin (rBST). This hormone is injected into cows so they will produce more milk. Good profit for the farmers and the company that prouced it. What about the consumer? Research suggests that a number of health concerns, including breast cancer, are associated with the consumption of dairy products from cows treated with rBGH.

Below is what I extracted from the website that gave the evidence of the danger of rBGH with reference to scientific reports. Or you can watch two videos here. Bottom line is to avoid milk products from cow with rBGH.

The use of rBGH stimulates the production of another hormone called insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), a naturally occurring hormone in both cows and humans that regulates cell growth, division, and differentiation. 1 2

Cow’s milk that is treated with rBGH has higher levels of IGF-1. Studies in humans, animals, and cell cultures have indicated that elevated levels of IGF-1 in humans may increase the risk of breast cancer. 3 4 5

In addition to breast cancer, increased IGF-1 levels have been associated with prostate, colon, and other cancers.6 The use of rBGH also increases the need for antibiotics in cows, which can lead to increased antibiotic resistance in humans.7

There is controversy about whether or not the IGF-1 in milk makes its way into the human bloodstream. Some studies have indicated that IGF-1 does survive digestion while others have not. 8 What is clear is that there is sufficient evidence for concern about the human health impacts of using rBGH.

rBGH has been used, without labeling, in the United States since its approval in 1993, making it difficult for consumers to make informed purchases. Dairy companies in the U.S. that use milk from untreated cows may voluntarily label their products rBGH-free, but this right has recently come under attack.

The good news is that consumers are demanding rBGH-free dairy products, and corporations are taking note. In addition to the many dairy companies that offer rBGH-free products, huge retailers and food and beverage chains like Walmart, Publix, Kroger, Starbucks, and Chipotle have committed to reducing or completely eliminating dairy products made with rBGH from their stores. In response to BCA’s “Yoplait: Put a Lid On It” campaign, General Mills committed to using only rBGH-free dairy. Soon after, Dannon followed suit.

The use of rBGH has been banned entirely in Australia, Canada, Japan, and all 27 countries in the European Union. Although there is not definitive proof that the use of rBGH leads to breast and other cancers, there is enough evidence now to take precautionary steps and to eliminate its use.

When you buy any products from the supermarkets, have you ever read the label to see what in them. Well I used to just buy any products that was always used by my parents. I do not bother about what in them as long as it give me what I expected. Now, my awareness of the toxic chemicals that are present in our environment, make me so concern about what I buy for my family. Are you?

As we expose ourselves to chemicals in the air, water, food and so no, we want to reduce our exposure to chemicals from the the products we use on regular basis like soaps, clothes, toothpaste, skin care products, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Imagine there is a small amount of toxic chemical that government allow in those products and it would not do any harm if they are in small amount by itself. So it pass the regulation to be in those products. As consumer, do we know what in them? What amount? What is the amount that going to do us harm? If we happen to use all of those products and expose ourselves to those chemicals. What could happen to our body? It may not happen immediately but we may get sick in a later year. So be aware of what in the products we use and select them properly. What chemicals are in them? Are they toxic chemical? Do your research?

You may say, I don’t have time to do all the research. Well, I am going to do that here and you can subscribe to this blog.

For example, chemical like Formaldehyde and 1, 4-Dioxane are two of dangerous chemicals according to the government. However, it was not listed as part of ingredients on some products but the test review that they are in 61% of soap products according to the video below. So be aware that what you see may not be what you get. They are hidden.

Why avoid aspartame

What is Aspartame…you may ask.

Aspartame is the technical name for the brand names NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, and Equal-Measure. It was discovered by accident in 1965 when James Schlatter, a chemist of G.D. Searle Company, was testing an anti-ulcer drug.

Aspartame is approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and composed of natural ingredients, would you assume it is safe to consume?

Millions of people use aspartame, the artificial sweetener known as NutraSweet™, with these assumptions in mind.

Aspartame can be found in thousands of products such as:

  • breath mints
  • sugar-free chewing gum
  • soft drinks
  • tabletop sweeteners
  • frozen desserts
  • coffee beverages
  • mike drinks
  • yogurt
  • juice beverages

Why would it be danger to us? According to researchers and physicians studying the adverse effects of aspartame, the following chronic illnesses can be triggered or worsened by ingesting of aspartame: Brain tumors, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, chronic fatigue syndrome, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s, mental retardation, lymphoma, birth defects, Fibromyalgia, and diabetes.

Would that be enough reasons to avoid? If you want to know more please watch the video below for the full documentary on aspartame.

To your healthy living.

As we wrote about avoiding fluoride, some people asked for more evidence why we must avoid fluoride in toothpaste. They said that they have been using toothpaste with fluoride all their life and also was told by their dentists that it will help prevent tooth decay. It is also added to our water supplies for that reason. We can see that it really create controversy. We don’t ask you to believe us but the evidences are there to support our suggestion.

You can buy the book called “The Fluoride Deception” written by the award-winning journalist Christopher Bryson or watch the summary of his book on website fluoridealert.org For short explanation watch the video below.

With the right information, you will make the right decision for your long term good health. If you find this information helpful please pass it along to your loved ones.
